Latty attained the sales requirements to be invited into the Multi-Million dollar club almost immediately, she has been designated as New Homes Director, a select few who have successfully represented developers in the marketing and sales of New Homes & Subdivisions, as well as being certified as an Estates Director. Latty and her team also established themselves as #1 New Construction team on the Westside with the successful sell outs, by obtaining the highest prices paid for the New Construction Townhomes in Santa Monica, and New Construction Condominiums in Brentwood.

Latty has resided the better part of her life in Europe and the Middle East, where she learned many languages.  She speaks English, French, Farsi, Spanish and some Italian. She is soulfully dedicated to a myriad of community projects, mainly within the arts and cultural arena. She is a Member of the Beverly Hills greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors and California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
